Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company data into various database systems.
- Review and correct data discrepancies to ensure high-quality records and reporting.

- Perform routine data validation checks to maintain data integrity across all platforms.
- Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly reports based on entered data.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team regarding data discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Proven experience in data entry, typing, or administrative support.
- Minimum typing speed of 35-45 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation (if required for shift logistics).
