Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input high volumes of data into our proprietary database systems.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all incoming data to maintain high standards of quality.
- Perform regular audits and reconciliations of data entries to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- Generate and update weekly performance reports for the data management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows and processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Minimum typing speed of 45-50 WPM with a high degree of accuracy (90%+).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
