Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors warmly, providing a professional first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage incoming emails, correspondence, and mail with accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar when needed.
- Assist with inventory management for office supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be professional, friendly, and able to work independently.
- Reliable transportation is required.
