Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call screening, message handling, and visitor greeting
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are immaculately prepared
- Maintain accurate office supplies inventory and coordinate vendor deliveries
- Support administrative tasks including document scanning, filing, and data entry
- Assist with mail processing and courier coordination
- Collaborate with team on special events and office initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
