Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call routing and visitor greeting
- Coordinate multi-line phone system and maintain accurate message logs
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package logistics
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling and document management
- Assist with office supply inventory and vendor coordination
- Maintain clean, organized reception and common areas
- Collaborate with team on event planning and meeting logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems
