Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures during night shifts
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans and medication administration
- Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and treatment areas
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during overnight hours
- Participate in shift handoffs and safety compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 6 months healthcare or patient care experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during night shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation systems
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
