- Resolve complex billing and technical issues using CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved cases
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in Salesforce
- Meet/exceed KPIs for response time and resolution efficiency
- Participate in weekly virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Support seasonal peak periods with flexible scheduling options
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote/hybrid environments
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available for 20-30 hours/week between 8 PM - 6 AM EST
- Valid US work authorization and background clearance
