Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and document observations accurately in electronic health records
- Assist with patient mobility, medication administration, and treatment protocols
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Collaborate with overnight nursing staff to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant patient care environment
- Provide compassionate support to patients and overnight visitors
- Participate in shift handovers and team briefings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience in a clinical setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts weekly (10 PM - 6 AM)
