Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges during overnight hours
- Manage electronic health records with precision and confidentiality
- Assist medical teams with patient assessments and care documentation
- Handle emergency triage and prioritize critical patient needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA or EMT certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or patient care experience
- Strong computer literacy with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in emergency situations
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Flexible availability for 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am)
- CPR/BLS certification required
