Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers during night shift hours
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems with precision and confidentiality
- Assist medical staff with administrative tasks including scheduling and documentation
- Respond to patient inquiries and triage urgent matters during evening hours
- Collaborate with on-call physicians to ensure seamless patient care continuity
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment for overnight operations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination
