Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vitals, injections, and wound dressing
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment per protocol
- Coordinate patient flow and triage urgent concerns
- Administer medications under provider supervision
- Collaborate with night shift nursing team
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Basic EHR proficiency (Epic/NextGen preferred)
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable transportation for night shifts
