Responsibilities
- Coordinate evening/weekend staffing schedules across multiple departments
- Optimize shift coverage using advanced scheduling software
- Manage real-time staff adjustments and emergency coverage
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication during off-peak hours
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Train and onboard new evening/weekend team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in shift coordination or scheduling
- Expertise in workforce management software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to manage flexible schedules and last-minute changes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
