Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care during evening (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekend shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Assist with daily living activities including mobility and medication administration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and care needs
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience or relevant training
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (if required for travel)
- Pass background check and drug screening
