Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekend rotations
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Assist with daily living activities and medication administration under supervision
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless patient care continuity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA or medical assistant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience in a clinical setting
- Availability for at least 3 evening shifts weekly and alternating weekends
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
