Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate care during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Perform clinical tasks including vital signs, EKGs, and specimen collection
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
- Manage inventory and ensure clinic readiness for daytime operations
- Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or NCMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work 24-32 hours/week across weekends
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Positive attitude in high-pressure situations
