Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during evening shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with day-shift staff for seamless care transitions
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Support patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in hospital/clinic setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and documentation
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic ECG and phlebotomy proficiency preferred
- Flexibility to cover rotating shifts as needed
- Valid Arizona driver's license for on-call requirements
