Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Processing: Efficiently input, verify, and update information into various CRM and database systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Data Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits and cross-referencing of data to identify discrepancies and correct errors before submission.
- File Organization: Maintain an organized filing system for both digital and physical documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with retention policies.
- System Updates: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of databases by removing duplicate entries and outdated records.
- Confidentiality: Strictly adhere to data privacy policies and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive client information at all times.
- Reporting: Assist in generating daily reports regarding data entry volume and quality metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Typing Skills: Demonstrated typing speed of 40-50 WPM with a focus on accuracy.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with data management software is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain focus and catch minute details in large volumes of data.
- Communication: Strong written communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
