Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage large datasets using proprietary software and MS Office Suite
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance protocols
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and analytics dashboards
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless data handovers
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Utilize 10-key typing with 8,000+ KPH accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools
- Exceptional attention to detail with <0.5% error tolerance
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic understanding of database structures (SQL knowledge a plus)
- Reliable transportation for late-night shifts
