Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and product data into our secure database systems with a high degree of precision.
- Review all entered data for errors, omissions, and inconsistencies before submission.
- Verify and reconcile data from various sources to ensure consistency.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files to ensure easy retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team regarding data discrepancies or urgent updates.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with 99% accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
