Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for shipping and receiving using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records within the WMS system.
- Ensure a safe workspace by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and conducting daily equipment inspections.
- Package and label orders efficiently to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Clean and organize workstations to maintain optimal workflow and efficiency.
- Assist in quality control by inspecting incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4 PM - 12 AM or 5 PM - 1 AM) and weekends.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and bending/reaching.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Basic computer literacy for using handheld scanners and inventory software.
- Valid driver's license (for local driving tasks, if applicable).
