Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets customer specifications.
- Shift Support: Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations and inventory.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in picking and packing tasks.
