Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answering inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Resolving guest complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area.
- Upselling hotel packages and promotions to increase revenue.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Processing payments and managing cash drawers with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
