Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests and visitors
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Handle reservations and guest inquiries via phone and in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with local tourism recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid Louisiana ID required
