Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors with warmth and professionalism; manage the reception area to ensure it remains organized and welcoming.
- Communication: Answer and screen incoming calls, take accurate messages, and route inquiries to the appropriate department promptly.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage patient schedules, confirm appointments, and send reminders to reduce no-shows.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, handle data entry, and maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health record system.
- Customer Service: Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high patient satisfaction.
- Supply Management: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to keep the facility running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and possess basic computer skills.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Professional Appearance: Must present a professional appearance and adhere to dress code standards.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work the assigned shifts, including weekends or holidays as required.
