Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and attendee support at diverse events
- Execute venue setup/breakdown including seating, décor, and AV equipment
- Manage registration/check-in processes and attendee flow coordination
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during events
- Assist with VIP guest handling and special requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
- Report operational issues and maintain event cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of event setup protocols preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
