- Assist with event breakdown and equipment storage procedures
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless operations
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve issues
- Conduct post-event equipment inspection and reporting
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in various weather conditions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event setup/breakdown procedures preferred
- Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport (if required)
