Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages (espresso, lattes, cold brew) using premium beans and equipment
- Deliver outstanding customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process cash and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and order supplies efficiently
- Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- 6+ months of barista experience or equivalent coffee preparation knowledge
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
