Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration, check-ins, and credential verification at event entry points
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist attendees with inquiries and directions
- Oversee venue setup, including seating arrangements, signage, and equipment placement
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during events
- Coordinate with vendors, security teams, and event management for smooth execution
- Assist with breakdown and post-event cleanup to restore venue standards
- Monitor crowd flow and resolve conflicts professionally to maintain positive experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support roles
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for venue transportation if required)
- Basic knowledge of crowd control techniques and emergency protocols
- Professional appearance and ability to represent brand standards
- Must pass mandatory background check and drug screening
