Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and event support at venues across Indianapolis
- Manage guest check-ins, registrations, and credential distribution
- Assist with venue setup, teardown, and operational logistics
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed
- Collaborate with event teams to ensure seamless execution
- Represent client brands professionally through consistent messaging
- Report operational issues and maintain accurate event documentation
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or event management software
