Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend peak hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Prepare and maintain station cleanliness, inventory, and presentation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professional discretion
- Adhere to all health/safety regulations and company operational procedures
- Support team training initiatives and share best practices
Qualifications
- Availability to work flexible evening and weekend shifts (including holidays)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic math proficiency and point-of-sale system literacy
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California food handler's certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven reliability and punctuality record
