Responsibilities
- Delight customers with exceptional service during evening and weekend shifts
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Ensure store cleanliness, restock inventory, and organize merchandise displays
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations during peak hours
- Uphold safety protocols and resolve customer inquiries promptly

Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory
- Reliable transportation to work location in Austin, NC
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
