Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Process orders, update customer records, and manage data entry with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless coverage during peak evening hours.
- Assist in training new part-time staff members during shift handovers.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while managing high-volume call volumes.
- Report operational issues or software bugs to the technical support team immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone voice.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
