Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service and beverage recommendations
- Process orders using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Prepare food presentations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless operations
- Manage section rotations during peak weekend hours
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Assist with opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability for evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- TAMS/POS system proficiency or willingness to learn
- Basic food safety knowledge
