Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding table service to guests during evening (4 PM-11 PM) and weekend shifts
- Expertly manage food/beverage orders and payment transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless operations
- Maintain pristine dining areas and uphold sanitation standards
- Upsell signature cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Availability for evenings (Thu-Sun) and weekends
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must obtain FL Food Handler certification (provided)
- Team player with exceptional customer focus
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
