Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during evening and weekend shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Assist physicians with clinical procedures and patient examinations
- Perform vital sign measurements and basic lab tests
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Ensure exam rooms are stocked and sanitized according to protocols
- Coordinate patient flow and appointment scheduling
- Deliver exceptional patient communication and education
Qualifications
- Current Ohio Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 6 months clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to cover variable evening/weekend schedules
- Basic computer proficiency with EHR systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
