Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests during evening and weekend peak hours
- Manage reservation systems and waitlists efficiently
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Maintain clean, organized host stand and entrance areas
- Assist with opening/closing procedures for weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for Friday/Saturday evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and Sundays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of reservation software a plus
