Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests during evening and weekend hours
- Prepare and serve food/beverage orders with speed and accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized dining/lobby areas throughout shift
- Process payments and operate POS systems efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking duties
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends (Fri-Sun)
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be 18+ years old
- Flexible schedule including holiday availability
- Valid Texas Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
