Responsibilities
- Provide personalized guest check-in/check-out services with warm professionalism
- Manage room assignments and key inventory using PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Execute weekend deep-cleaning procedures in public areas
- Conduct safety inspections and emergency response drills
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Proficient with basic hospitality software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification (within 30 days of hire)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Houston location
