Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at high-traffic resort venues
- Process payments using POS systems and maintain accurate cash handling
- Manage inventory and stock supplies during weekend operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Uphold strict safety and sanitation standards per company policy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend events
- Complete opening/closing procedures for assigned stations
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid work authorization
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 4-8 hours/day)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with point-of-sale technology
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
