Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during evening and weekend shifts, ensuring seamless dining experiences
- Manage reservation systems, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service standards and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout guest areas
- Train and mentor new team members during peak weekend hours
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and restocking operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and 3+ evening shifts weekly
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-volume environments
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation for late-night shifts
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
