- Provide exceptional guest service in high-volume evening/weekend operations
- Manage reservations and seating for weekend dining events
- Prepare and maintain pristine dining/event spaces
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations

- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

- Basic POS system proficiency
