Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Prepare and serve food/beverages with precision and attention to detail
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain clean and organized dining/service areas
- Collaborate with team members during high-volume weekend rushes
- Assist with inventory management and restocking operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Previous food service or customer experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude with team-first mentality
