Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including vital signs monitoring and medication assistance
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless patient transitions
- Support patient mobility and daily living activities with dignity
- Respond to emergency situations per protocol and training
- Prepare treatment areas and sterilize equipment between patients
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 6 months healthcare or direct patient care experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficient with EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Tennessee state health clearance required
