Responsibilities
- Coordinate evening/weekend community outreach programs and events
- Manage participant registration and resource distribution
- Facilitate communication between team members and community stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of program attendance and outcomes
- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown activities
- Assist with light administrative tasks during quiet periods
- Uphold safety protocols and facility standards during all shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event coordination experience
- Availability for 20-25 hours/week across evenings/weekends
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30lbs
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred (not required)
