Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging evening activities for teens (ages 13-18)
- Supervise youth participants during program hours ensuring safety
- Coordinate with parents/guardians regarding participant progress
- Maintain accurate attendance and incident documentation
- Collaborate with staff to plan monthly themed events
- Provide homework support and skill-building workshops
- Manage program supplies and inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience working with teens/youth groups
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability Monday-Friday evenings (4:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
- Passionate background check and fingerprint clearance
- Ability to multitask in high-energy environments
