Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/out procedures with efficiency and warmth
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams during peak hours
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Train new evening staff on service standards
- Conduct nightly audits and report discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible schedule availability (evenings/weekends)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
- Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
