Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to clients during evening/weekend shifts
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation and mobility
- Monitor client health status and document observations accurately
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities as needed
- Maintain a safe, comfortable environment following care protocols
- Communicate effectively with care teams and family members
- Adhere to all healthcare compliance standards and confidentiality policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification required (training provided if needed)
- Availability for evening shifts (5PM-11PM) and weekend schedules
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
