Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including mobility, hygiene, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations in electronic health records
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care transitions

- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations

Qualifications
