Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Manage customer orders through POS systems with accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming cafe environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Engage customers with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening/weekend rushes
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista or customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation techniques
- Availability for Friday/Saturday evenings and Sunday shifts
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Passion for coffee and commitment to quality service
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
