Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and creativity
- Manage customer transactions using POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Ensure cleanliness of all equipment and customer areas
- Stock and organize inventory during shift changes
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations
- Provide product knowledge recommendations to customers
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings (4-11 PM) and weekends
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to/from Colfax location
- Must be 18+ to handle alcohol-related beverages (if applicable)
